The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Camp Elena from our offices within the USA. Indemnification

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. HOSPITALITY INTERNET MEDIA AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THIS SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.

Termination/Access Restriction

Camp Elena reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Texas in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and Camp Elena as a result of this Agreement or use of the Site. Camp Elena’s performance of this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this Agreement is in derogation of Camp Elena’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relation to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Camp Elena with respect to such use. If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Camp Elena with respect to the Site, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Camp Elena with respect to the Site. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this Agreement and all related documents be written in English.

PRIVACY POLICY

Camp Elena is committed to safeguarding your privacy while visiting www.campelena.com ("site"). Our goal is to provide you with an internet experience that delivers the information, resources and services that are most relevant to you about our company. To achieve this goal, part of the operation of the site includes the gathering of certain types of information about site users. Because we understand that your privacy is important, we wish to explain the types of information we gather and the way in which we use it. This privacy policy applies to the site.

This privacy policy covers two types of information gathered at the site, personal and aggregated. We take the utmost care to ensure that the personal information we obtain from you is not used in a way that you may be unaware of or not agree to. You may wish to submit an information request about one of our services or products, participate in one of our promotions or subscribe to our email or postal mail lists. In response, we may ask for information such as your name and postal address. In the event you opt to provide us with this information, we will only use it for the purpose of providing personalized content to you. Subscription forms will provide an opt-out button to allow you to choose not to participate in Camp Elena personalized content or future online marketing. In deciding whether or not to join such lists, please note that they are only used for Camp Elena purposes or in joint promotions with a Camp Elena partner. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law. You may request to be removed from our subscription list at any time. All emails distributed to our lists will contain easy, online access to unsubscribe.

CHILDREN'S INFORMATION

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

www.campelena.com does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Usage of Aggregated Data

Camp Elena is interested in improving the site and may develop and offer new features and services. We monitor aggregated data regarding use of the site for marketing purposes and to study, improve and promote use of the site. In connection with such purposes, Camp Elena may share aggregated data with third parties collectively and in an anonymous way. Disclosure of aggregated data does not reveal personal information about individual site users in any way that identifies who they are or how to contact them.

Exceptions to the Privacy Policy

Camp Elena has two exceptions to these limits on use of personal information:

(a) Camp Elena may monitor and, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required, disclose information to protect the security, property, assets and/or rights of Camp Elena from unauthorized use, or misuse, of the site or anything found at the site.

Therefore, we are not responsible for the privacy policies or the actions of any third parties, including without limitation, any website owners whose sites may be reached through this site, nor can we control the activities of those websites. We urge you to contact the relevant parties controlling these sites or accessing their online policies for the relevant information about their data collection practices before submitting any personal information or other sensitive data.

Booking Engine

Our property uses ResNexus to provide online reservation services.

ResNexus respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Your personal information is collected and stored to facilitate online reservations with our property. Basic information concerning your visit to this site is used by ResNexus to improve its service. Your data is never shared with unauthorized outside parties or sold.

ResNexus has complied with the the foundation principles of GDPR from at least 2010 on and is proud to be GDPR compliant with regards to breach notifications, right to access, right to be forgotten, data portability, privacy by design, and data protection officers. ResNexus uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and payment information during and after your reservation. After your reservation is complete, the system removes your credit card information to prevent theft or disclosure. ResNexus meets or exceeds rigorous industry standards for protecting credit card information and is PCI compliant. This PCI compliance has been verified by an external auditor.

Your Consent to This Privacy Policy

Use of the site signifies your consent, as well as the consent of the company for whom you use the site and whose information you submit (if any), to this online privacy policy, including the collection and use of information by Camp Elena, as described in this statement, and also signifies agreement to the terms of use for the site. Continued access and use of the site without acceptance of the terms of this privacy policy relieves Camp Elena from responsibility to the user. We do not make any automated decisions based solely upon personal information you provide to us.
